A fully functional proof-of-concept built to demonstrate the complete draft kefir dispensing system. The hardware is designed to be adaptable — this fridge size dispenses from four individual kegs.

13" TouchscreenFull HD touchscreen display for the customer-facing interface — product selection, payment, and dispensing all in one screen.
Stripe Payment TerminalA Stripe card reader is built into the fridge, accepting all major credit and debit cards with tap or insert.
4 × 20L Kegs / 4 TapsThis fridge size holds four 20-litre kegs, with one dedicated tap per keg. Each tap has an indicator light that illuminates when selected.
Cold-Line RefrigerationBeverage is kept at refrigerator temperature from keg all the way to the tap — no warm lines.
Triple ConnectivitySupports WiFi, cellular (SIM), and wired Ethernet — the machine can be installed almost anywhere.
Per-Keg CalibrationVolume measurement calibration and drink pricing are individually configured per tap — easily adjustable from the admin interface.
Continuous Server SyncReal-time connectivity to the Cassy Foods server for account balance payments, inventory tracking, and machine health monitoring.
Proof of concept — This machine demonstrates the full system on one fridge model. The underlying software and server platform can be installed on fridges of different sizes and tap configurations.
